Coaching is a strengths-based, collaborative partnership between coach and client. Throughout the process, both work together to deepen the client’s awareness of factors relevant to their specific challenge, enabling the development of clear, actionable steps toward achieving their goals.

Coaching is tailored to each individual’s needs and may include the use of powerful questioning, reflective dialogue, assessment tools, personal strategy development, values clarification, brainstorming, as well as motivational and behavioral approaches.

Sessions can be conducted virtually, by phone, or in person (when conditions allow).
